We are thrilled with the incredible reception of our groundbreaking documentary film Snk'mip Dig Deeper, created in collaboration with our Indigenous partners the Autonomous Sinixt. The response has been beyond our wildest dreams, with good turnouts at all venues and wonderfully heartening comments from viewers.

We've already hosted 6 thought-provoking screenings (two in Nelson, plus Rossland, Castlegar, Vallican, and Kaslo), communities in Sinixt territory, and we can't wait for the upcoming stops on our 'Official Release Tour':

  • Saturday October 26th in Nakusp (at the Arrow Lakes Theater),

  • In Nelson on Saturday November 2nd (at the Nelson United Church)

  • Saturday November 9th in New Denver/Silverton at the Silverton Memorial Hall.

  • Plus, we responded to a request from Grand Forks for screenings, the film will be shown at the Gem Theater in Grand Forks on November 16 & 17

  • And a screening is in the works for Salmo by popular demand, date to be announced.

After seeing Snk'mip Dig Deeper one viewer said: "it was so moving, so important, every person in Canada should see this film."

Check out our walk on the red carpet at our movie premiere held in Castlegar at The Old Theatre. A huge shout-out to Lowell and his partner who run that venue, they went above and beyond in supporting us!

And that's a wrap, folks.
